Creativity At Work

University of Virginia (UVa) Baja SAE is group of undergraduate students who are passionate about automotive design and racing. We come together every year to design, build, test, and race an open-wheel offroad racecar derived from the Class 1 Buggies competing in the Baja 1000. The year culminates in six International Baja competitions sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers. Each Baja competition has its own unique events and all provide an immense challenge to hundreds of Baja teams worldwide.
